This four-bedroom new build served as a blank canvas for a couple transitioning from a bungalow. The team had to correct structural flaws despite it being a new build; redesigning some of the lay out to create a luxurious yet personal space. Bespoke joinery to accommodate a home office with the client’s specialist speakers and AV equipment. A standout feature was the “dog bedroom,” designed with custom wallpaper, stain-resistant upholstery, and space for the very much-loved family dog’s toys.
