Animal Crackers Pet Food Store in Petersfield is a haven for pet owners seeking the finest in pet nutrition and supplies. What makes our story unique is the whirlwind journey of transforming an empty commercial space into this vibrant pet store within a remarkable three-week timeframe.

With a rapidly approaching deadline, we took on the challenge of converting an empty space into a pet food store that radiates warmth and invites pet lovers to explore a world of top-tier products and care. Our mission was not only to create a functional store but to do so sustainably and aesthetically.

Sustainability was at the forefront of our design process. We upcycled pallets, crates, and wooden boxes to craft innovative shelving units that not only showcase a wide range of pet products but also serve as unique decorative elements. These repurposed materials were transformed into functional, aesthetically pleasing shelving that added character to the space. Wooden boxes were cleverly integrated onto the shelves to store products, offering a rustic and eco-friendly touch to the store’s interior.

To give the space a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, we sanded down the existing floor and applied a fresh coat of varnish. The result was a gleaming, renewed floor that set the stage for a pet-friendly shopping experience.

The store’s heart and soul, the counter, was created from upcycled pallets, contributing to the store’s sustainable design ethos. To add a touch of elegance and durability, we topped the counter with a recycled oak countertop, blending rustic charm with a natural feel.

Animal Crackers’ identity was brought to life through artistic branding. The shop’s logo was installed at the back of the store, serving as a focal point that resonates with pet enthusiasts. Additionally, the logo and captivating artwork were applied to the shop front windows, creating a dynamic visual display that gives the illusion of playful animals running across the windows. This creative touch immediately draws customers in, adding a sense of vibrancy and excitement to the store’s exterior.
