This picturesque and timeless project is a marriage of rustic charm and contemporary elegance. Many of the rooms required bespoke joinery that seamlessly blends functionality and aesthetics. The snug in particular, with it’s rich colour palette, showcases the magnificent custom designed joinery which perfectly marries functionality with aesthetics. Each piece is tailored to elevate the cottage’s unique character.

The newly designed kitchen features handprinted & hand-built cabinets, paired with quartz worktops, which creates a relaxing but also functional space.

The beautiful window treatments, crafted from stunning fabrics, frame each room perfectly, whilst complementing the client’s stunning art collection – beautifully displayed with bespoke lighting.

Each room’s colour scheme was curated to complement & enhance the art displayed there, and the lighting design for each room was specifically created to showcase the art, joinery and other features of the home. While we embraced the opportunity to introduce fresh elements – from carpets to the new fireplace, we also incorporated a few key pieces of the client’s furniture & furnishings that they wished to preserve. We seamlessly combined these cherished items into our overall design, adding a touch of personal history to the newly created ambiance.
